I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you. After months of planning and creating, I’m developing an on-demand, in-depth beginner quilters course designed to make quilting accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. Whether you're disabled, elderly, or living far from a quilting guild or educational resources, this course is crafted with you in mind!

Why This Course?

Quilting is more than just stitching fabric together—it's a journey of creativity, relaxation, and community. However, not everyone has the opportunity to join a local quilting group or attend in-person classes. That’s why I’m creating this course: to bring the joy of quilting to you, wherever you are.

What to Expect

- Comprehensive Lessons: I’m designing a curriculum that covers everything from the basics of fabric selection and cutting to more advanced piecing techniques. Each lesson is crafted to build your skills step-by-step, ensuring you feel confident as you progress.

- Learn at Your Own Pace: Life can be busy, and we all have different schedules. This course allows you to dive into quilting whenever it suits you. Whether you have a few minutes here or there or a longer stretch of time, you can learn at your own speed.

- Supportive Community: Even though we’re learning online, you won’t be alone! You’ll have the chance to connect with fellow quilters, share your projects, and seek advice. Together, we can inspire each other and celebrate our quilting journeys.

Quilting has been a source of joy and comfort for me, and I want to share that with others. It's a wonderful way to express creativity, and it offers a sense of accomplishment as you see your beginner project come together. For those who are disabled or elderly, quilting can be a therapeutic way to engage the mind and hands, fostering both mental and physical well-being.
