Shipping policy

• We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock. Unless specified in the post about products being made on demand. 
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at brandon@bwulffandco.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping Policy

At Bwulffandco, we understand that getting your order quickly is important to you. That's why we do our best to ship your items as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and shipping times may vary based on your location and the size of your order.

When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. This estimate is based on information provided by Canada Post and is not guaranteed. In the event that your order will not be delivered by the estimated date, we will do our best to communicate this information to you in a timely manner.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post, such as weather-related delays or customs delays. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option.

Custom Quilts

Custom quilts are a special and unique item, made just for you. Because of this, they may take longer to process than regular orders. After you place your order for a custom quilt, we will contact you with an estimated completion date. This estimate is based on our current workload and may be subject to change.

If you need your custom quilt by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We understand that custom quilts are often a gift or a special purchase, and we will work with you to make sure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
