Session 1: Introduction to the Biscotti Process
- Overview of the Biscotti Technique
- Explanation of the creative process and its versatility
- Materials and Tools
- Required fabrics (10 fat quarters recommended or more materials list available after purchase)
- Essential tools: sewing machine, rotary cutter, cutting mat, etc.
- Creating the Quilt Top
- Step-by-step instructions to construct a first quilt top (approx. 27 x 27 inches)

Session 2: Advanced Techniques and Configuration
- Chop and Reconfigure
- Techniques for cutting and rearranging quilt pieces
- Sewing and Assembly
- Tips for sewing the reconfigured pieces back together
- Final Touches
- Discussion on finishing techniques and design options
