Independent and Collaborative Relationship
It is understood and agreed that Brandon Wulff and BWulffandCO operate as a collaborative organization and an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a relationship of employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency between the Artist and the Client.
The Artist is not, and shall not be treated as, a “widget,” employee, or subordinate representative of the Client’s organization. The Artist retains all rights, creative freedom, and professional autonomy in an equal and collaborative manner, except where otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written and executed agreement between the parties.
The Artist shall not be obligated to conform to internal corporate policies, operational methods, or communication structures of the Client, except as necessary to fulfill the scope of the agreed-upon work. The Artist shall not be required to perform duties outside the contracted scope, participate in organizational politics, or represent the Client’s business interests beyond the creative collaboration defined herein.
All intellectual, moral, and creative rights remain the property of Brandon Wulff and BWulffandCO, unless specifically assigned in writing.
Payment Terms
Total Fee: $500.00 CAD + tax
Payment is due upon completion of this form.
Late payments may incur a fee.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the work produced under this Agreement shall be the property of the Designer upon full payment.
Confidentiality
The Artist agrees to keep all confidential information strictly confidential.
Acceptance and Testing
The Designer shall have 2 business days from delivery to review the work. Corrections will be made at no cost.
Warranties and Support
The Artist warrants the delivered Project shall conform to agreed specifications for 90 days post-acceptance.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
